At Home of Movement, we believe Pilates should feel good — for every body. Whether you're brand new, returning, or a long-time mover, there’s no pressure to perform or look a certain way. Just come as you are — we’ve created a space where you’ll feel welcome, comfortable, and supported from day one.

Our approach is grounded in evidence-based movement and a commitment to ongoing learning, so you can feel confident in how and why you’re moving. Our class styles are intentionally designed — from strength-focused sessions, to classic flow, to more dynamic, cardio-based classes — giving you options that meet you where you’re at, and support where you’re going.

We keep our classes small so everyone receives the individualised attention they deserve — because your movement journey is personal, and we’re here to guide it with care.

You’ll find us on Rowe Avenue in Rivervale, just off Graham Farmer Freeway — easy to get to, and even easier to feel at home. Because for us, it’s not just a name — it’s the kind of space we hope to be for you.
